Standards

RCA appraisals are performed in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and loan program requirements.

Licensing

Appraisals are performed by professionals licensed or certified as required for the assignment and the state where the property is located. Credential information is available on request.

Our commitments

– Appraiser compensation never depends on the value reported or on whether a loan closes.
– No predetermined, target, or guaranteed value is accepted from any party.
– Appraisers do not discuss value conclusions with parties whose compensation depends on the loan closing.
– Appraisers do not accept assignments in which they have an interest in the property or the transaction.
– Internal review checks completeness and guideline consistency. It does not direct or change an appraiser’s opinion of value.

Fair housing

RCA provides services in accordance with applicable fair housing and nondiscrimination laws and professional appraisal requirements.

Inquiries and privacy

Submitting an inquiry through this website does not establish an appraisal engagement. Assignments are confirmed through the lender’s ordering process.
