Why RCA exists

Subject-to appraisal assignments are a niche specialty and few appraisers are equipped for them. They require appraisers who can read a specification of repairs, a set of bids, and a plan set, and turn them into a supported value for a property that does not exist yet.

Few appraisers do this work regularly. Lenders feel the gap as duplicated conditions, revision cycles, and slow responses. RCA was formed to give these lenders a dedicated option.
